The location is fantastic, with a tram stop right outside the hotel, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and always smiling, providing excellent service. The rooms are clean, with air conditioning and some even have a view. The breakfast provided is delicious and a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel pays attention to detail, offering free coffees at the reception and even some fruit on hot days.

No improvements needed, everything was fine.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the size of the room was OK, well equipped kitchenette, free internet, but the connection is rather bad especially during the evening. Good connection with the city centre via a tram line with a station situated right in front of the hotel. Super-market within walking distance.

The cleanness and enough space for family

location. we visited the hotel during the easter holiday and we were very tired and we wanted to have dinner at hotel or any restaurent in walking distance. We failed to find any close restaurant and we had to drive to Strasbourg.

Very good value for money. For a more than acceptable price we got a studio, clean and with all that we need for a week-end trip. The studio had a equipped kitchen, a bathroom, centralized air conditioning, tv, a small desk, a table and Internet connection. All worked fine, no problems. Our room was cleaned, even if we stayed only 2 nights. The tram stop is in front of the hotel and the center of Strasbourg is not that far (we used the car). Private parking, plenty of spaces, free of charge. Again, very good value for money.

The hotel is not so attractive outside the rooms, as the path to the rooms is narrow and not so good looking. However, the rooms are more than ok, so that it's not a real problem. Also, you should check if the coffee machine has a filter, our's didn't had.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel in Illkirch-Graffenstaden. The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, and I especially appreciated the modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and provided helpful information about the city. Despite a minor issue with the bathroom exhaust fan, my overall stay was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

right next to the train. one stop gets you to a major supermarket, a short ride takes you into Strasbourg and the petite France area.

I recently stayed at Adagio Access Strasbourg Illkirch for a night stop during my trip from Italy to the Netherlands. The hotel's location right in front of the tram station was a huge plus, offering excellent connectivity to the city center. The spacious and clean room had a kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and even provided complimentary chocolates and snacks. The secure parking area, with options for both outside and garage parking, was also a great convenience.

Convenient location near tram stop and shopping mall. Well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. Helpful and efficient staff. Comfortable and clean apartment. Ideal for short stays and exploring nearby cities.

It is rather clean, it has free internet access, it is quiet, close to the tram station, has small kitchen in every room and has a shopping center close by.

It is far from the European Parliament and the city center, the girls at the reception are not always nice and could smile a bit more often. The internet signal is poor and so is the TV signal. The cleaning ladies are sometimes quite noisy at too early hours. Noisy room neighbours may be a problem, as there is not too much sound proofing.

Noise might be a problem if many rooms are occupied. Staff go off at 9.30pm. A toaster in the breakfast room would be good.
